Well - it looks like we haven't got anyone who is interested to manage the subversion repository - so I'll do it until someone more knowledgeable comes along.

The temporary repository is at http://bwportal.jaztekservices.com/svn/jazzerp. It is temporary for a couple of reasons - it's not the full code I've been working with - I need to refactor that in to the repository. It's also on low bandwidth and the licensing hasn't been embedded. So I am advising a big caveat - the code is a long way from production as the testing suite hasn't been deployed yet, there is code from a number of contributors, the reporsitory manager hasn't been appointed and we recognise that the repository needs to be restructured and many other things. You have been warned.

You can anonymously browse this and I draw your attention to http://bwportal.jaztekservices.com/svn/jazzerp/data/mysql/ which holds the beginnings of the mysql port.

I can allocated people logins (until a repository manager is found) so you can commit. I'm happy for anyone to commit at this point to make a central repository - and then once we sort out license, branding, structure, we can move this to an appropriate home.

Hi Mike,
Couple of questions,
jaztek wrote:
I'd like to get volunteers for managing the suversion repository (with the possible conversion to baz ( http://bazaar-vcs.org/ ) at some stage.

The person would have to co-ordinate with the comunity on submissions, structure of the repository, rules, licensing of files (post commit scripts) etc.

1) Is that what is meant by managing the above SVN? By scrubing the codes and putting them into http://bwportal.jaztekservices.com/svn/jazzerp ?

2) Can i assist to publish for you the MySQL stuff? I intend to make it known in the forum and spark it into the wiki. (i already posted in SF forum, but WIKI and .com is down today 25th morning GMT+8 ).
